  • Building a Two-Sided Marketplace: Developed a structured multi-role ecosystem managing tenants, landlords, administrators, and customer support-each with clearly defined permissions, responsibilities, and operational workflows.
  • Subscription & Payment Integration: Implemented a secure payment system supporting Mobile Money providers (Airtel, Vodacom, Orange, Africell) and Visa/Mastercard, with recurring subscriptions, booking payments, grace-period logic, and automated listing expiration handling.
  • Complex Business Rules: Enforced strict platform policies including mandatory listing requirements, time-bound validity, subscription-based access control, and automated renewal and cleanup processes to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Location & Search Hierarchy: Designed a structured geolocation framework with city, commune, neighborhood, and avenue-level filtering, integrated with Google Maps API and GPS coordinates while maintaining user privacy through approximate location controls.
